Big Dutchman Southern Africa recently completed a broiler equipment installation across four broiler houses in Rustenburg, delivering advanced climate control and ventilation solutions tailored to the farm’s production needs.
The project focused on the supply and installation of Big Dutchman climate and ventilation equipment, including Rainmaker 2 PAD cooling systems, wall inlets for controlled fresh air intake, and tunnel shutter systems to ensure efficient airflow. Ventilation is supported by a combination of on/off wall fans, controlled wall fans, and controlled wall chimneys, allowing for balanced air movement under varying production conditions. All systems are centrally managed via the Viper Touch climate computer, enabling precise and user-friendly environmental control.
