3rd Global Service Meeting in the USA

With around 400 colleagues, we at Big Dutchman have the industry’s largest service organisation – from New York to New Zealand. Once a year, service colleagues from all over the world meet to share best practices and shape the future of customer service together.
This year, the event took place at our US location in Holland, Michigan, under the motto “Service Excellence”. Almost 30 colleagues from all regions attended: from Asia to Europe to South America, and of course the hosts themselves.
The teams spent four days exchanging ideas. Dirk Schlichting, Head of Customer Service: “We have already launched 90 initiatives, which we are now implementing worldwide. Our big goal: service excellence – for our customers and a strong future!”
Congratulations, by the way, to Hugo Crespo, service manager from Mexico! He received this year’s “Best Performer Award” for his achievements. 👏
