Big Dutchman Southern Africa successfully delivered a comprehensive broiler equipment installation for a large-scale broiler house in Koster,designed to accommodate 50,000 birds.
The scope of this project included the installation of feeding, drinking, climate, and control systems. An Augermatic feeding system, supported by dedicated feed storage and feed supply infrastructure, ensures efficient and consistent feed delivery. A complete water supply system, including the main water connection, supports reliable bird hydration, while a bird weigher enables accurate performance monitoring. The house is further equipped with a Big Dutchman climate system and a dedicated electrical equipment house to ensure safe and efficient system operation.
